“Baked fish Ibizan style” was the recipe chosen to be included in the book “The Recipes of Our Restaurants”, a work which which includes more than one hundred recipes each year, prepared by renowned establishments of the national geography to put in value the product of the land and the wealth of Spanish gastronomy.
