It is a modern, comfortable house, with full facilities, and just 2 km. from the small, typically Ibicencan village of San Rafael, which has a church, a bank, craftwork businesses and some of the best restaurants on the island.

Can Jaume Curt has a swimming pool, a pergola where the dining table is placed during the summer months, and a lovely garden with a lawn where you can sunbathe or rest in the shade.

There are 3 bedrooms in the house (1 suite with bathroom, one double bedroom and one singe room) and a bathroom. There is accommodation for five adults.

There is a large kitchen with dining space, a porch and access to the swimming pool. The lounge has a fireplace, and a porch leading out to the swimming pool. There is an outside utility room and WC, and a shower by the pool.
